I decided this was an appropriate follow up to last week's blogger, power struggles.
It is important that children get nutrition even though their taste buds are developing and they have a more acute sense of taste than we who have dulled our senses with lousy food do.
And inspite of the fact that we as adults do not eat every vegetable in the food group or have any hesitancy in telling others just which foods we like or do not like.
It is still important that children get their nutrition so that their brain cells and body grow at a healthy pace.
So here is what I suggest. Throw the power struggles away!
